At Popli.Club, we take great pride in the quality and design of our t-shirts. Each piece is crafted with care, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges (Size Issues)

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes take a try or two!

• We offer free exchanges if you need a different size.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Only one free size exchange per order is allowed.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color/design, or wrong size ordered (please refer to our size guide before placing an order).

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Please email us at popli.club@gmail within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Share a clear photo of the defect.

• Once verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

• Refunds are not issued unless a replacement is unavailable.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Report a Defect

• Order Number

• Reason for exchange or nature of defect

• Photo evidence (in case of defects)
